What is Pluma?
Pluma lets fans and gift-givers receive personalized, handwritten notes from their favorite celebrities — written just for them. The celebrity writes your message on an iPad, and we carefully transfer that exact handwriting onto a physical object using real ink.
Is the handwriting really done by the celebrity?
Yes! Every message is personally handwritten by the celebrity on their iPad. We then use our precision writing system to faithfully recreate it on a photo — no fonts, no fakes, just real handwriting.
Do I get to write the message?
Yes — you write the message that the celebrity will handwrite for you. The process allows for 150 characters (about 25–30 words), which is the ideal length for a personal note that looks great on the photo and stays true to the celebrity’s handwriting style. You'll enter your message during checkout.
Can I send this as a gift?
Great idea! Just make sure the message is appropriate for your recipient, and set the shipping address to where it should go, and we’ll take care of the rest.
How long does the process take?
Once your order is submitted, most messages are completed and shipped within 2–3 business days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way via email.
What does the final product look like?
You choose from a carousel of high-quality 8"x10" photos selected by the celebrity. Your personalized message is written directly on that photo in the celebrity’s own handwriting, with a real pen, in real ink. It arrives ready to frame, display, or gift.
Can I request a specific message?
Yes — within the 150 character (25–30 word) limit. Celebrities may decline certain requests (e.g., explicit content or legal phrases). If your message isn’t approved, we’ll let you know and help you adjust or offer a refund.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout based on your location. If you are outside the US you may be required to pay VAT/GST/other duties upon delivery.
What is your return or cancellation policy?
Because each note is personalized, all sales are final. But if your order is damaged or something seems off, reach out within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
